Contact and response information

Email support@cavatim.com and say whether the issue is on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Do not send journal, goal, or task text unless it is necessary and you choose to share it.

For an urgent account-security concern, include “Security” in the subject. Cavatim is not an emergency service.

Private iCloud sync

  • Check the sync-status panel for last successful sync, pending changes, or a conflict requiring review.
  • Confirm that each device is signed into the same Apple ID and that iCloud Drive is available. Cavatim never merges unrelated Apple IDs.
  • You can continue making local changes offline. Keep both devices online and leave Cavatim open briefly when reconnecting.
  • If the Apple ID changed, export the old workspace. Do not accept a merge unless the app confirms the same account boundary.

Trial, purchase, and restore

  • Open Settings in Cavatim to view entitlement status, restore purchases, or open Apple’s subscription-management screen.
  • Apple controls trial eligibility, billing, cancellation, Family Sharing, and refunds. A subscription can be active on one device before StoreKit refreshes another; Restore Purchases requests a refresh.
  • After expiry you can still view, export, delete, review privacy information, and manage or restore the subscription.

Export and deletion

Use Settings to create a complete structured archive or human-readable PDF notebook. Review and save the export before deleting a workspace or changing Apple IDs. Workspace deletion is separate from cancelling an Apple subscription.

Safe diagnostics

Cavatim can prepare a diagnostic summary containing app version, device and OS version, sync state, pending-count information, and privacy-redacted errors. It never intentionally includes planner titles, goals, notes, or journal answers. You review the attachment before deciding whether to send it.
