Using Cavatim

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• Keep your login credentials private and notify us if you suspect misuse.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree not to interfere with the service or attempt to access it without authorization.

Your data and content

• You retain ownership of the goals, notes, and files you create.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content to provide the service, including sync, backups, and support.
• We store your data to provide the service and support sync across devices.
• When data is synced, we create backups to support recovery and continuity.
• You control your data export at any time.

AI recommendations

Any recommendations are advisory only. You are responsible for deciding what tasks to schedule and complete.

Paid plans

Cavatim offers a free plan and a Pro subscription. Pro is sold as a recurring monthly or yearly digital service. Current pricing, any free-trial period, taxes where applicable, and the first billing date are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before you confirm payment.

Payments and subscription administration are handled through Stripe. Unless we tell you otherwise before you pay, Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancellation, trials, and digital access

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time through the billing flow we provide or by contacting support@cavatim.com. Unless the law says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges and access continues until the end of the current paid period or trial.

Because Pro is a digital service, checkout and the confirmation you receive after purchase explain when service access starts, when any free trial ends, and what that means for any statutory cancellation rights that depend on the service starting immediately.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Cavatim available, but maintenance or updates can interrupt service. Features may evolve over time, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. If you use Cavatim as a consumer, the service is for personal use and not for business losses such as lost profits, lost sales, or lost business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using Cavatim at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continued access poses a security risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
