What data we collect

• Account and identity data (if collected).
• User-generated content: goals, notes, workflows, tasks, contacts, expiries.
• Planner schedules, preferences, settings, and sync metadata.
• Derived metrics and summaries created from your inputs.
• Technical data such as device identifiers and error or usage telemetry (when enabled).

How we use your data

• Deliver the planning, scheduling, and automation features.
• When available, store a mirrored copy in our API to sync across devices and provide backups.

AI recommendations

AI recommendations use the goals, deadlines, and availability you enter to suggest next tasks. You decide what gets scheduled.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors required to operate the service.

Marketing telemetry

We record CTA click events on marketing pages only if you opt in. Events use a random identifier, do not include planner data, and are buffered in the browser before being sent to our API for analysis.

Retention

Planner data stays in the app until you delete it. When sync is enabled, we retain a mirrored copy while the service is active and keep backups according to our retention policy (default 90 days). Operational logs are retained only as needed for reliability and security.

Your rights

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability.
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
