Cavatim cookie policy for accounts, analytics, and planner storage

Essential cookies and storage

Essential cookies include the Cavatim session cookie, MFA and sensitive-action cookies, analytics-admin cookies for protected internal dashboards, and short-lived integration bridge cookies. These are needed to authenticate users, prevent account misuse, and complete the product flow.

Essential browser storage includes planner, goals, settings, export, recovery, onboarding, and local preference keys. Sensitive account caches are cleared on logout or account switch.

Cavatim treats this working storage as strictly necessary to provide the planner service you request: it records your planning selections, protects pending changes, supports authentication, and enables fault recovery. It is not reused for advertising or optional analytics.

Optional marketing analytics

Public marketing pages can buffer anonymous marketing events in the browser. Those events are not synced until the user chooses to allow anonymous marketing analytics.

Optional product-usage telemetry is off until enabled in Settings and avoids passwords, API keys, reset codes, MFA codes, and excessive planner content. Essential security and transaction logs are handled separately.

Your choices

• You can change the marketing analytics choice from the privacy controls shown on the public privacy page.
• You can sign out to clear sensitive account caches managed by the logout flow.
• Essential planner storage has no separate product toggle because Cavatim cannot reliably provide planning, sync, and recovery without it. Optional marketing analytics and product telemetry have separate controls and remain off by default.
• You can use browser controls to block non-essential storage, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or payment flows from working.
