Permitted use

Cavatim is for personal and professional life planning, goals, routines, recurring responsibilities, calendar-aware scheduling, reflections, exports, and support workflows.

Agentic tools may draft, preview, and apply planner changes only through the audited product paths and account permissions provided by Cavatim.

Prohibited use

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, credential theft, token harvesting, security scanning outside an agreed test scope, or service disruption.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to plan, facilitate, or conceal serious harm, exploitation, harassment, fraud, or abuse.
  • Do not use Cavatim to process another person's sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.
  • Do not bypass billing, entitlement, rate-limit, usage, export, backup, or security controls.

Agent and integration safety

  • Agents must preserve source links when planning from goals, recurring tasks, workflows, inbox items, or notepad items.
  • Agents must preview material schedule changes before applying them unless the user has explicitly chosen an audited apply flow.
  • Integrations must request only the scopes needed for the connected feature and must not reuse calendar, mailbox, or planner data outside the product purpose.

Enforcement

Cavatim may limit, suspend, or terminate access when use creates security, legal, platform, billing, or user-safety risk. Where practical, users will receive notice and an opportunity to export their data unless immediate action is needed to protect the service or other people.
