Download a self-serve export from Settings. If your data is synced, we store a copy in our API and can include server-side records in a formal request.

Download an export with goals, planner data, and settings. The GDPR export can also include server-side records when available.

Verify if needed
We may request identity verification before releasing server-side data.
Step 3
Receive support
We aim to respond within one month and may extend where permitted by law.

We can only access data that has been synced to our API. If your plan is not synced, use the export tools in Settings to retrieve a copy.
We may ask for verification before releasing data and aim to respond within one month. If we need more time, we will let you know as permitted by law.
