Access your data and exercise your privacy rights clearly

Download a self-serve export from Settings, or contact us if you need help with access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.

Export instantly

Download goals, planner data, and settings directly from the product. Formal exports can also include server-side records when available.

Step 2

Verify identity if needed

We may request identity verification before releasing or deleting server-side records.

Step 3

Receive a response

We aim to respond within one month and will update you if an extension is permitted by law.

The rights you can ask us to help with

  • Access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion of data where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it.
  • Restriction or objection in cases where the law gives you that right.
  • Portability of data you provided to us where the right applies.
  • Withdrawal of consent for newsletters, optional marketing analytics, or health-related special category processing.

How to make a request

If you cannot access your account or need additional help, email support@cavatim.com with the subject "Data rights request" and tell us what you need.

We can only access data that has been synced to our API. If your workspace is not synced, use the export tools in Settings to retrieve a copy.

We may ask for verification before releasing data and aim to respond within one month. If the request is complex or you have made several requests, we may extend that by up to two further months and will tell you why.

Requests are usually free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse a request only where the law allows it, for example if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
