An accessible planning book across Apple devices

Supported access features

• Text follows Apple Dynamic Type and reflows at accessibility sizes instead of clipping essential actions or planner content.
• Controls have VoiceOver names, values, hints, and logical reading order. Completion, movement, lateness, conflicts, and sync state use words and symbols as well as colour.
• iPad and Mac actions have keyboard access where the platform provides it, with visible focus and standard control behavior.
• The palette adapts to light, dark, increased-contrast, and reduced-transparency settings, and animations respect Reduce Motion.
• Portrait iPad uses the simpler single-page phone structure; landscape iPad and Mac show the wider two-page planning book.

Private journal access

The optional journal lock uses the device authentication accessibility flow supplied by Apple. If biometrics are unavailable, the system may offer the device passcode according to device settings.

Ask for help or an alternative format

If a control, notification, widget, export, or planning flow is difficult to use, email support@cavatim.com with the device, OS version, assistive technology, screen, and expected outcome. Do not include private planner text unless you choose to.

Cavatim will acknowledge material accessibility barriers, investigate reproducible reports, and provide an alternative support route where reasonably possible.
